Al Mintarib Tuesday Market is located in Wilayat Badiya of Al Sharqiyah North governorate. As the name suggests, it takes place every Tuesday during the week and you can find swords, daggers, textiles, palm leave goods, gold and silver, agricultural meat and fish products, and handicrafts made by Badiya villagers

There are several outstanding beaches enumerated as the most characterizing factors in Al Wusta Governorate. They vary in topography and nature. Nizwa Fort castle is one of the largest, most attractive and visited national monuments in Ad Dakhiliya governorate. It is a well-known tourist destination with a historic walking area which was built by Imam Sultan Bin Saif Al Ya'rubi, the second Ya’rubi, in the 1650s, although its underlying structure is related to 12th century. The interesting point is that it was built above an underground stream and it took 12 years to complete

Ash Sharqiyah sands, also called Wahiba Sands, contain several oases with different characteristics such as Al Raka, Shahik, Al Hawiyah, and Al Aidan oases. They are surrounded by sand dunes, some of them contain some trees and golden sands which form a greenery peninsula. Here, you can meet the true life of local Beduins, watch the amazing sunset, and see the camels. There are some camps to stay in and pay attention that the weather is too hot to go in June and July. You can enjoy doing some activities like sand skiing, sand-duning, camel and horse racing, as well.

Jebel Shams is located in the north of Al Hamra in northeastern Oman. The name comes from the reason that it has a high peak which leads to receiving the sunlight sooner than the rest of places. It has the most height in the Hajar range and the whole country. It is about 240 km away from Muscat. The temperature in summer is about 20 °C and it decreases to less than 0 °C in winter. Jebel Shams also enjoys the accompanying the spectacular Al Nakhur canyon which is also called Grand Canyon.
