Sohar handicrafts souq is located near Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Al Hijra region. Its style represents Arab-Islamic architecture. There is a vast area, about 7000 square meters dedicated to craft shops. You can find lots of Omani local industries and handicrafts such as cotton textiles, wool, silver, gold, natural medicines, honey, perfumes, leather, ceramics, traditional weapons, and Halwa which is an Omani sweet

Sohar Fort is located in Ad Dhahirah Governorate and has a differing factor rather than the rest of the forts which is its completely white color. The building of this fort dates back to the 13th century. There is a small museum in its largest tower which represents the local history. The interesting factor is the existence of a 10 km tunnel used as an escape route in some situations.

Sohar corniche is located in Sohar Al Batinah North Governorate. Visitors can enjoy the signboards, restaurants, and sun lounge along the path. There is also a small park at the corner.

Masirah Island is located in southeast Oman and is surrounded by some other islands such as Kalban, Marsis, and Cha’nazi islands. Masirah island enjoys a beautiful natural environment and agricultural fields. The island has a fish factory, a few small towns, and the Royal air force of Oman base. Alkasfah hot spring is located in Wilayat Ar Rustaq of Al Batinah South Governorate and is about 170 km away from Muscat. It is believed that the hot spring has a mountainous source. The temperature varies in different hot springs; about 45 degrees in Al Kasfah. There are some beneficial properties such as treating Rheumatism and skin diseases due to the high level of Sulfat content. As for other features of this hot spring, we can mention PH 7.62, Calcium 100.40, and Magnesium 25.73.

Wadi Bani Awf is located in wilayat Al Rustaq and is one of the largest wadis. This wadi contains lots of villages and cool areas to visit. There are the best off-road trails that make a memorable experience on Oman mountain roads. There are also some stunning cliffs among which we can mention the Snake Canyon, located in the middle of Wadi Bani Awf, for both abseiling and jumping activities
