As the name suggests, it takes place every Tuesday during the week and you can find swords, daggers, textiles, palm leave goods, gold and silver, agricultural meat and fish products, and handicrafts made by Badiya villagers

Natural History Museum is located in the Ministry of culture and heritage in Al Khuwair area. It was opened in 1985 and represents the diversity of the Omani environment through insects, plants, marine life, wild animals, geology, etc. the museum has a small size and contains taxidermized rare animals (e.g., Arabian leopard, caracal, Arabian oryx, Arabian wolf, red fox, ghazal, ibex, flamingo, birds, crow, owl, reptiles, snake lizards, snails, and shells), the skeleton of marine organisms, birds and reptiles lived in Oman.

Natural History Museum

Al Kittan cave is located in Wilayat Ibri (8 km far from Ibri) in Ad Dhahirah Governorate. It is also called ‘marble cave’ due to its marble-like luminosity. There are beautiful rock engravings and geological formations such as classic stalactites, stalagmites, and other cave formations. The entrance of the cave is circular and horizontal. Therefore, you should have a guide because it isn’t easily accessible.

A traditional souq next to the Nizwa Fort is called Nizwa Souq. Its buildings represent both traditional and modern architecture. The best time to visit is from Thursday to Saturday 6 AM-13 PM, 16 PM-10 PM; except on Fridays when it’s open only in the morning. They have a rest and a time for praying from 13 PM to 16 PM.
