Khawr Al Maghsayl Lagoon
Khawr Al Maghsayl Lagoon is located at the eastern entrance of the Jabal Al Qamar (Moon Mountain) in the Governorate of Dhofar in Oman. It occupies about half an hour square kilometer with a length of 3 kilometers and a width of 150 meters. The inhabitants of the lagoon are permanent residents or migratory and indigenous birds coming from India, Africa, and Europe due to the abundance of food throughout the year.
