The Empty Quarter Desert (Rub Al Khail) is located in the southern part of the Arabian Peninsula which is known as the largest continuous sand sea with golden sands.  It occupies an area of 650000 square kilometers with a length of 1000 kilometers and a width of 500 kilometers. Among the activities in Rub Al Khail desert, we can mention the 4*4 drive, camel riding, and camping out on dunes. The Bedouins of the desert can tell you long stories about Oman, its culture, and the desert.

Isole Al Hillaniyat Island is actually a combination of five islands: Birds Island, As Sawda Island, Al Hasikiyah, Al Qibliyah, and Al Hallaniyah. Al Hallaniyah is the largest one 50 kilometers away from the coast of Hasik and 220 kilometers from Salalah. You can enjoy watching lots of birds and turtles in the island.

Bait Al Zubair Museum is located in the Governorate of Muscat. It was founded by the Zubair family and opened in 1998. The museum represents ancient weapons including household equipment, Khanjar, and customs.  It displays the family’s collection of Omani artifacts which spans a number of centuries. There are 5 separate buildings including Bait Al Bagh, Bait Al Oud, Bait Al Dalaleel, Bait Al Nahdhah, and Sarah Gallery. You can also enjoy a number of traditional features, café, and gift shops.

Turtle beach is one of the most beautiful beaches located 30 minutes away eastward from Sur. There are lots of turtles resting on the beach that leave just before sunrise during the year. In the early morning, there are lots of baby turtles moving toward the sea.
