Masirah Island is located in southeast Oman and is surrounded by some other islands such as Kalban, Marsis, and Cha’nazi islands. Masirah island enjoys a beautiful natural environment and agricultural fields. The island has a fish factory, a few small towns, and the Royal air force of Oman base. The fertility of the soil on this island causes the plants to grow up quickly after a rainfall.

Ibri Souq is one of the largest and most prestigious souqs in Oman which is located next to the Ibri Castle in Ad Dhahirah governorate. Jebel Shams is located in the north of Al Hamra in northeastern Oman. The name comes from the reason that it has a high peak which leads to receiving the sunlight sooner than the rest of places. It has the most height in the Hajar range and the whole country. It is about 240 km away from Muscat. The temperature in summer is about 20 °C and it decreases to less than 0 °C in winter. Jebel Shams also enjoys the accompanying the spectacular Al Nakhur canyon which is also called Grand Canyon.

Khawr AlBatah Lagoon, the largest lagoon in Ash Sharqiyah South Governorate, extends about 3 kilometers and has an important role for fishing vessels and commercial ports where various types of ships anchor.

Bait Al Zubair Museum is located in the Governorate of Muscat. It was founded by the Zubair family and opened in 1998. The museum represents ancient weapons including household equipment, Khanjar, and customs.  It displays the family’s collection of Omani artifacts which spans a number of centuries. There are 5 separate buildings including Bait Al Bagh, Bait Al Oud, Bait Al Dalaleel, Bait Al Nahdhah, and Sarah Gallery. You can also enjoy a number of traditional features, café, and gift shops.
