Sohar Fort is located in Ad Dhahirah Governorate and has a differing factor rather than the rest of the forts which is its completely white color. The building of this fort dates back to the 13th century. There is a small museum in its largest tower which represents the local history. The interesting factor is the existence of a 10 km tunnel used as an escape route in some situations.

Wadi Al Nakhr is about a 2-hour drive from the capital Muscat which is known as the Grand Canyon of middle East. visitors can enjoy eye-catching waterfalls ascending from Jebel Shams. The word ‘Nakhr’ means process of rock carving ‘erosion’. The Jabreen castle (also known as Jabrin) is an impressive castle located in Bahlat near the Jabal Akhdar mountains and Nizwa in Northeastern Oman. This place was built by Yaruba Imam Bil’arab bin Sultan. There is an audio guide of about 25 minutes provided at the entrance of this attraction which you can listen to. Bait Al Zubair Museum is located in the Governorate of Muscat. It was founded by the Zubair family and opened in 1998. The museum represents ancient weapons including household equipment, Khanjar, and customs.  It displays the family’s collection of Omani artifacts which spans a number of centuries.
